About Default Sets
When you click New to create a new listing, it
is handy if some of the field can be prefilled for you. This saves
having to choose the same options or click the same buttons each time.
However you still may want to change what is initially selected. A
default set is a selection of field options that are preset so when you
press new, these fields are filled out for you.
You can have an
unlimited amount of prefilled sets and switch between them quickly when
creating new listings for different types of products for example.
This can significantly speed up date entry and improve accuracy.
Default data sets can be edited and viewed from the Defaults Menu.
