Bulk Update: Add/Delete/Hold
Once a set of records has been selected, the tools menu can be used add, delete or hold records in the database.
- Select: Select All: will tick the selection boxes in records currently
displayed in the auction grid. Deselect All: will un-tick the
selection boxes for any records in the auction grid that are currently
selected. Invert Selection: will un-tick the selection boxes for any
records in the auction grid that are currently selected and will also
tick the selection boxes for any records in the auction grid that are
not currently selected
- Copy: Copy selected to New: copies the selected records to new pending records, Copy selected to Clone: copies the selected records to new clone records, Copy selected to Template: copies the selected records to new template records
- Delete and Hold: Delete selected: permanently removes the selected auction records from the Auctionitis database, Hold selected: sets the selected auction records status to held, Unhold selected: removes the held status from the selected auction records if they are already held
- Set Selected: Assigns various options to the selected records
- Replace Text: update text in descriptions or titles
