Console: Add View
To create a new view select the the View Menu >Add New View
This will bring up the View Editor
- The Title Bar
- Columns:
Tick the fields you want to have added to the new view. Change the
order of the fields by clicking and dragging them to the desired
location. Right Click the field name to rename it in the display

Display - when columns are selected for the view, the grid will update
on the fly to show you what your new view will look like
- Fonts and Colours - Title Area: Select font and colours for the title column. Changes
will occur on the fly and changes
previewed before saving
- Fonts and Colours - Body Area: Select font and colours for the body area. Changes
will occur on the fly and changes
previewed before saving
- View Name & Description - Name the view and add a description before pressing save.
An example of a New Console View
In
the example above the fonts and background colours have been changed,
the fields have been re-ordered and the field names changed.
Changing/Abbreviating the field names can result in more space in the
console grid for extra fields.
