Copy to New (Pending)
New pending status copies of any listings in Auctionitis can be created
quickly and easily. Firstly, select the listing/s to copy in the
Auctionitis console then copy using one of the following methods:
- Individual auctions can be copied by using Right Click >Copy to New
 - Tools Menu >Copy Selected to New
 - Click the Copy Sel. button in the Auctionitis tool bar
 - Use the Ctrl-C hot key combination on the keyboard
Once copied the auctions are added to the auction database and can be
accessed from the Auctionitis console by setting the status filter to
pending.
Note: Copied records are subject to the filter rules currently selected
in the Filter section; You may need to alter the filter selection to
view the newly added records
Not all data fields will be copied into the new auction record; if the
auction has been loaded to Trade Me details of the auction number and
other auction specific details (e.g Close Date, Sold flag) will not be
copied to the new record.
It is also possible to copy multiple records at a time. Combined with
the filtering and sorting options this provides a powerful method for
creating sets of auction records in a managed and repeatable fashion.
The Auction Template facility and Product Type capability provide even
more ways to allow the Copy to New function to bring a whole new level
of productivity to your auction based business.
