CSV/HTML Field Selection
For the Export to CSV and Export to HTML options it is possible to select which fields will be
included in the exported data.
To access the Output Fields selection display select the Options item on the File menu. Select the required fields using the tick-boxes and click the OK button (not visible here) to save the selection when complete.
Discretion should be exercised when including the Description field. This field typically contains a wide array of values that upset import programs, for instance embedded quotes, carriage returns and other special characters.
