Registering for a Free Trial
Apply for a free trial on the Auctionitis Website. A key will be issued to you via e-mail. If you do not
receive your key within 1 business day please contact us. Remember to
check your Spam/Bulk e-mail folders.
Starting Auctionitis for the first time
When the program is run for the first time it will advise you that
your key is invalid. This is because you have not yet entered the key.
If the free trial has expired purchase a registration key or request a trial key extension.
Entering a New Key
- Click OK and Auctionitis will start
- If you are asked to check for updates click np
- Go to File >Options >Account Details
- Enter your Trade Me e-mail address, password, Trade Me username, Auctionitis licence key and expiry date
- If you are registered for Pay Now on Trade Me tick the box
All your listings from
the trial version remain intact.
Enter your key exactly as stated or use cut and paste. Remember that
0's in the key are zero's not the letter O. Ensure the date is entered
in the full dd/mm/yyyy format including the slashes.
If you receive a message 'unable to validate licence key' please refer to the troubleshooting section
Date Format
Your PC must be set to New Zealand Regional options for the key to validate successfully
To open Regional and Language Options
Start >Control Panel >Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options
>Regional and Language Options. On the Regional Options tab, under
Standards and formats, select New Zealand and then click customise. On
the Date tab, select short date - D/MM/YYYY
