Export to HTML One Record Per Page
When selected the Export to HTML – One Record Per Page option will create an HTML formatted file containing the records currently displayed in the Auction Grid to the location specified. A standard Windows “File – Save As” Selection box is displayed before the .HTML file is created.
Enter the file name of the file you wish to create and select file type HTML.
HTML files can also be used for the interchange of data between applications. For instance
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word both allow for HTML files to be opened directly. These files can also be viewed directly in a Web browser.
\The one Record Per Page option formats the data so as to allow for the printing of worksheets on a page per auction basis.
If using this option with Microsoft Word switch between the Print View and Web view to preview the output.
The data included in the output file is controlled by the Output Fields set up in the Auctionitis
Options. If the output file contains no data or is missing columns, check that the required fields have been selected for output.
