Making Fixed Price Offers
Individual Offers
To
make individual fixed price offers select the auction you wish to make
the offer on, right click and choose 'Offer'. Auctionitis will then
make the offer based on the criteria specified.
If the Offer
option is greyed out and unavailable, this means an offer has already
been made on this auction or it is ineligible to be offered.
Offers on Selected Listings
Firstly select the records you wish to offer using the selection methods available in Auctionitis then go to Trade Me >Offer Selected Menu Option.
Auctionitis will then update the sold and unsold listings in Auctionitis and make offers on all eligible from those selected.
Offers on All Listings
The
Trade Me Menu offers the option to make offers on all listings that are
unsold/sold in Auctionitis and meet the criteria specified in fixed
price offer configuration.
Auctionitis will then update the sold and unsold listings in Auctionitis and make offers on all eligible auctions.
Offers as part of Process All
If
automated Fixed Price Offers are enabled, these will be made as part of
the process all function to ensure that offers are made where
appropriate before items are relisted. This menu option executes the
following processes
- Clone Auctions for upload
- Upload new picture files
- Check Trade Me Picture Filles
- Load all Pending auctions
- Update Sold Auction Data
- Update Unsold Auction Data
- Make Fixed Price Offers
- Relist All Eligible auctions
