Managing Picture Files On Your PC
We recommend that you create a folder specifically for TradeMe photos and then if you need to, create several sub-folders to sort out different product types or however you like to manage your photos.
This means all your photo’s are in the one place and you can easily back up your photo collection, move it to another PC or make sure that photos are not accidentally deleted.

The above is an example of a directory C:/tracey/trademe and you can see how it is further split up into sub folders by product type with each folder containing the relevant pictures.
We recommend you store your pictures on a folder on your C: drive (or a portable drive if you have one) rather than in my documents. This makes it easier to retrieve your photos and keeps the file name short.
Auctionitis will not accept photos with a file path/name longer than 256 characters. It is important to leave your photo's in the directory Auctionitis has them linked into so that if they are removed from TradeMe for any reason, Auctionitis can easily find and reload the photo.
