Monitor TM Free Listing Limit
Auctionitis provides the ability to monitor your free listing limit. This feature can be activated from the File >Options >Processing Menu.

There are three options available:
- List auctions regardless of your free listing limit
- Abort listing if your free listing limit is reached
- List X number of auctions above your free listing limit and incur a Trade Me fee
How is the free listing limit calculated?
Trade Me assign every seller a free listing allowance to help maintain a healthy rate of sales on Trade Me. All sellers have a free listing allowance of 50 concurrent listings, however this increases as your sales increase.
To calculate your free listing allowance Trade Me look at your last six weeks of selling activity. They take the total number of sales from your best week and multiply it by 5. All sales (auctions, Buy Now, fixed priced offer) count towards your total.
For example, if you sold 20 items in your best week you can list 100 items concurrently without charge (20 x 5 = 100).
If you exceed your allowance you will be charged a listing fee for each subsequent auction. Your free listing allowance is calculated at midnight on Sunday and is available on your Weekly Summary page on Trade Me.
This information is accurate as of the date of publication. Please check the Trade Me website for any changes to this policy.
