Offer Processing Criteria
Configuring Fixed Price Offers is a simple process. Start Auctionitis >File >Options >Offers

Auctionitis
will only offer to prospective buyers who meet the criteria specified
below. Auctionitis also checks your blacklist on TradeMe, and if the
buyer is on that list, they will not have an offer made to them. There
is no need to maintain a separate blacklist in Auctionitis.
If you select multiple criteria then the buyer must meet all criteria to receive an offer.
Auctions are Offered by Default
Ticking this will 'turn on' the fixed price offer feature.
Offer Sold Items
Offers will be made on sold items (useful if you have more than one of the item in stock).
Offer Unsold Items
Offers will be made on unsold items.
Offer
to Bidders
Offers will be made to buyers who have placed a bid on the
auction but not to watchers. Ticking both Offer to bidders and
watchers will result in offers being made to both.
Offer to
Watchers
Offers will be made to buyers who have placed a the auction
on the watchlist, but not to bidders. Ticking both offer to bidders
and offer to watchers will result in offers being made to both.
Authenticated Members Only
When offers are being made, only offer to buyers who are Authenticated.
Address Verified Members Only
When offers are being made, only offer to buyers who are Address Verified.
Use
Highest Bid if greater than Offer
If the highest bid at the end of
the auction, is greater than the offer price set in Auctionitis, then
the offer will be made at the highest bid.
Minimum Feedback
Rating
Offers will be made to buyers who have a feedback rating equal
to or higher than the minimum feedback rating specified.
Auctionitis now supports the ability to make fixed price offers either
automatically or on an individual basis from within the software. The
offer function is fully customisable and the criteria which offers are
made on can be updated and applied to auctions in Auctionitis at any
time.
