Output Fields
For the Export to CSV and Export to HTML options it is possible to select which fields will be included in the exported data.
- Include Heading Line includes column headings in the exported file
- Select Output Fields to include in the exported file. Discretion should be exercised when including the Description field. This field typically contains a wide array of values that upset import programs, for instance embedded quotes, carriage returns and other special characters
