Relisting Troubleshooting
Set the Auctionitis Console to Current and sort by latest listings
(these are the auctions with the highest auction numbers).

If loaded successfully the listings will have:
- A status of current
- Show the Trade Me reference number
- The estimated close date and time based on the auction duration entered in the auction (not pictured)
If the auctions do not appear to be current then set the site filter to
Trade Me and the status filter to unsold

If an auction failed to relist it will remain in Auctionitis with its unsold or sold status. Check:
- Is the auction held? If so unhold the auction and run the relist all function again
- Does
the auction have a cycle assigned to it? If so, remove the cycle and
run the relist all function again or run the Trade Me >relist cycle
menu option
- Is the auction under offer?
There are several reasons auctions may fail to relist to Trade Me. Please refer to the Trade Me Relisting troubleshooting guide.
Sometimes auctions just will not relist due to Trade Me changes,
temporary outages or other obscure reasons. Check the Auctionitis Website for any status notifications or updates. All of the reasons why an auction may not list to Trade Me also apply to relists so check the Listing Auctions - Load Failed troubleshooting guide.
Common reasons for auctions not relisting include:
The auction is over 45 days old on Trade Me
- Auctions over 45 days old can not be relisted on Trade Me and
will fall off the unsold/sold Trade Me pages. This can may fluctuate
by a few days
- Run an update database which will move all items
no longer in sold or unsold to closed. These listings can then be
copied to new and listed as fresh auctions
- Running an update database regularly will prevent this happening
The auction was withdrawn by the Trade Me Administrator
- This will put the auction in unsold but it will be unable to be relisted.
- Delete the listing from Trade Me Unsold
- Right click >copy to new the unsold listing in Auctionitis
- Delete the unsold listing in Auctionitis
- List the pending auction again as a new listing
The auction was withdrawn by the Seller
- Repeat the steps as for withdrawn by the Trade Me Administrator
The auction is under offer
- When the offer expires or is accepted the auction will be relisted if eligible at that time
