What is GoToAssist Remote Support?
Auctionitis use GoToAssist Remote Support Technology to connect us to your computer over the internet. This allows us to see your screen, move your mouse pointer and type via our keyboard.

You can see us working on your computer without our team being physically present at your home or office!

Is Remote Support secure?
Rest assured that your data and privacy is secure. Screen sharing and remote control of customer computers is 100 percent permission-based, and data is fully encrypted end-to-end using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption.
How does Remote Support work?
Auctionitis Support will issue you a secure personalised link via e-mail or over the phone. Click the link and enter the support session directly. Or go to www.fastsupport.com and enter your name and the 9-digit Support Key provided and click connect.
You will then see the customer control panel.

This enables you to stop and start screen sharing, send chat messages, transfer files and end the session.
When you connect to GoToAssist support sessions, you will download a small, self-installing plug-in, which allows us to view your desktop, share control of your mouse and keyboard and perform remote-support tasks. During live support sessions you can retake control of your computer just by moving their mouse.
The connection to your computer is not automatic. It does require your
assistance and permission to establish a connection. Once a remote
assistance session is over we will not have any way to reconnect to
your computer unless you run the software again and allow us access.
During
the remote assistance session you will be able to see everything that
we do on your computer. When completed close the remote support window
and we will no longer have access.
