Setting Up The Auctionitis Scheduler
To access the scheduler options click the File menu and Select the Options menu option. When the Auctionitis Options window opens click the Schedule tab.
The Auctionitis Schedule screen is broken up into seven sections - one for each day.
Each day has five check boxes assigned to it which indicate which operations will be executed when the scheuler is run for that day. If ticked:
- The Load All checkbox causes all PENDING auctions to be loaded; any CLONE auctions without an auction cycle will also be loaded
- The Load Cycle checkbox causes all PENDING auctions assigned to the selected Auction Cycle to be loaded; any CLONE auctions assigned to the selected Auction Cycle will also be loaded
- The Offer All checkbox causes all eligible offers to be made
- The Relist All checkbox causes all eligible SOLD or UNSOLD auctions to be relisted
- The Relist Cycle checkbox causes all eligible SOLD or UNSOLD auctions assigned to the selected Auction Cycle to be relisted
If no processing options are selected for a particular day, running the scheduler for that day will not load or relist any auctions, however the database will be udpated.
When all selections are complete click the OK button to save the Schedule settings and exit.
