The Right Click Menu
Frequently used functions can be easily accessed by highlighting a
record/s in the Auctionitis console and right-clicking with the mouse.
This is sometimes referred to as a context menu.
This menu can be used to easily open an auction record for editing,
to copy the auction to a new auction record or to open a copy of the
auction for editing.
Other actions such as holding and un-holding the
auction, altering auction control fields (statuses) are also accessible
with just a few clicks.
Options available on this menu can be enabled or disabled based on the status of the auction.
The
right click >set selected options can be used to easily alter these
values for auction records without the necessity for opening the record
for editing. These options will change to reflect your individual
configuration.
 | The selected menu options will operate on the record highlighted by the right mouse click:
View in Browser
Sends the auction reference (if available) to the web browser
Edit
Open the highlighted auction record for editing
Edit Copy
Copy the highlighted auction record to a new auction record with a status of pending and open the new auction record for editing
Copy to New
Copy the highlighted auction record to a new auction record with a status of pending
Copy to Clone
Copy the highlighted auction record to a new auction record with a status of clone
Copy to Template
Copy the highlighted auction record to a new auction record with a status of template
Make Multiple Copies
Copy the highlighted auction record to a new auction record with a status of pending the number of times specified
Delete
Permanently remove the highlighted auction record from the Auctionitis database
Hold
Set the status of the highlighted auction record to held
Unhold
Unset the status of the highlighted auction record if they are held
Set Relist Status
Set the relist status of the highlighted auction record to the selected value on the sub menu (not shown)
Set Auction Cycle
Set the auction cycles of the highlighted auction record to the selected value on the sub menu (not shown)
Set Product Type
Set the product type of the highlighted auction record to the selected value on the sub menu (not shown)
Offer
Make a fixed price offer on the auction if eligible
Load
Load the highlighted auction record if it has a status of pending
Relist
Relist the highlighted auction record if it has a status of sold or unsold
Load Photos - load the photos for the highlighted auction record
