Tradar has the ability to specify the interval between which automated tasks such as placing feedbacks and sending e-mails are checked for.
Automated tasks can also be disabled.
To specify this interval go to File > Program Options > Tradar Server
If you are processing large volumes of feedback and e-mails we recommend setting this to 60 minutes.
