Tradar currently supports a limited ability to combine sales into single picking slips. This requires the editing of the shipping costs in each sale record.
When a sale is added to Tradar, the shipping amount and shipping method specified by the customer on TradeMe is entered into the sales record in Tradar.
This can be seen in the Sales Transaction Maintenance Screen > More Details > Shipping Options tab and is highlighted in red.
Details of the sale amount and shipping amount can also be found in the Sale Details section.
To combine shipping select ONE of the sales records and enter the shipping cost for the combined order into the Shipping Cost box above and tick the Use this cost box. The 'total cost' will then automatically recalculate.
All other sales for this buyer that are to be combined into the sale picking slip need to have the shipping cost set to $0.00 and the Use this cost box ticked.
