Configuring Jobs for Additional TradeMe Accounts

Configuring Jobs for additional TradeMe accounts is a simple process.  Follow the same process for configuring server jobs for the master account and then select the appropriate TradeMe account from the list of accounts in the manage jobs window.

 

Adding a Server Job

 

Start the Tradar Client and go to the Admin - Add/Maintain Server Jobs menu option

The Manage Jobs Window will appear

There are four types of jobs that can be automated via the server.

 

TradeMe_Import

Imports and updates sales data from TradeMe

SQL BackUp

Backs up the Tradar Database

SQL Restore


Server Stop


 

 

Job Parameters


Job Frequency

Specify how often the job is to be run.

Choose from one off through to once a year.

We recommend setting this at a minimum of 30 minutes

Job Date

Specify when the job is to start being run

Job Active

Tick the box to activate the job

Account

Select the TradeMe Account this job is to be run for

When the job is defined click Add Job.  In the following example a job to import sales data from TradeMe for account TopRank has been set to run every 30 minutes commencing 22/6/08.

Edits details of the job

 

Add as many jobs as required and click close.
