Filing a Success Fee Refund |

Filing for a success fee refund is a simple process within Tradar.
Click In Progress and sort on Date Sold so the oldest sales are at the top of the console summary grid.
If any of these sales are older than the number of days you require payment in, simply right click on the sale and select Apply for Refund ID#
This will open your web browser and you can enter the reason for the fee refund onto TradeMe.
When a fee refund is pending/approved/declined this will be recorded in the Sales Transaction Maintenance Screen and the sale marked as 'delinquent'.
