Each time an import runs If the sales record is not found in Tradar it is added as a new record and allocated a unique key.  Next, the existing customer records in Tradar are checked to see if the customer already has a record in Tradar.  If they have purchased from you in the last 45 days they will have a an existing record.

If customer record does not exist, a new record is created.

If customer record does exist, and a new address has been supplied via TradeMe, the address book is updated

If customer address record in Tradar is blank or different, Tradar will update with new address.
