Auctionitis will have issued a Tradar key via e-mail. Auctionitis keys will not work with Tradar.

User ID

Enter your User ID (this is your TradeMe username and should be the same as what is entered in the Trading Name field in account details)

Key
|
Enter the key provided - cut and paste is an effective way to ensure that the key is copied correctly. Remember that all 0's in the key are ZERO not the letter O

Expiry Date
|
Use the drop down box to input the expiry date from the e-mail
|
Check Key
|
Click this to validate your key
|
If your key details have been entered correctly a green tick will appear in the Check Key Box

If your key details are incorrect a red x will appear in the Check Key Box. When you return to the main Tradar console press the refresh button to update your licence key status from invalid to valid.
Troubleshooting Invalid Keys:
| 1. | Check that your PC regional settings are set to New Zealand |
| 2. | Check that the key is entered exactly as provided in the e-mail and that there are no spaces before or after the key |
| 3. | Check the User ID is the same as the key is issued for |
If you are unable to validate your key, please send a print screen of your licence details in Tradar (as above) to Auctionitis Support.
