Managing Pick Ups

When doing pick ups, follow the same procedure as for dispatched sales.  The next release of Tradar will provide further functionality to improve processing of sales that are picked up.

 

Tracking Details

 

In the Sales Transaction Maintenance Menu screen delivery details section enter the pick up information.  Treat the fields as if they say 'Pick Up' instead of Delivery.  These fields do not need to be filled in.

 

Choose 'buyer will pick up' from the shipping details drop down box option and tick the Awaiting pick up tick box.

Once the customer has picked up, untick the awaiting pick up, and tick goods shipped (this indicates they have left your premises).

If configured - ensure the e-mail is also relevant in its wording to a standard dispatched e-mail.
