Marking Closed Sales as Completed

Click the View All option to see all your data in the main console.  Some of these sales may already be completed and do not need managing by Tradar.  Before turning on automated features such as e-mail, feedback etc we recommend marking these sales as completed.

 

Please note that this will mark ALL sales completed.  If some sales are not complete, you can untick the completed box as a one off task before setting up automated processes such as e-mail and feedback.

 

Download the Mark All Sales Completed SQL Script from the Auctionitis Web Site at http://www.auctionitis.info/download/Mark_All_Sales_Completed.sql

 

Make sure you take the option to Save the file to your PC.

 

Save the Mark_All_Sales_Completed.SQL script into a directory on your PC. Make sure to remember where it is.

 

1.Start the Microsoft SQL Studio product
2.Click the File Menu and select the Open option
3.You will get an Open File dialog box
4.Locate the Mark_All_Sales_Completed.SQL Script you downloaded earlier and click the Open button
5.On the SQL Studio Tool bar on the right hand side you will see a button with the label Execute and a Red Exclamation mark!
6.Click the Execute Button
7.In the bottom Right hand pane you will see a message similar to this: (144 row(s) affected)
8.Exit SQL Studio

 

Check in the Tradar Console that all items are now marked as completed.  You may need to click the Refresh button to update the screen.
