Print Invoices

Invoice printing can be initiated by either:

 

•The Automated Invoices to Print menu bar
•Right Click - Print Selected Invoices Slips

 

The right click menu will show you how many invoices you have selected to print.  An invoice will include all legal requirements to meet the IRD definition of a Tax Invoice.  Currently Invoices can only be printed individually.  Combined invoicing will be addressed in a future release.

 

Printing to PDF

 

Currently invoices are only printable.  To be able to email the invoice get a PDF creation tool and simply print them to PDF and attach that to your email. Google "free print to pdf utility".
