Printing Invoices to PDF for e-mailing

Invoices can be easily printed to a PDF for e-mailing to clients where a printed copy with their parcel is not practical.  To enable this function you must install a PDF print tool.  There are many free tools available on the web (just search for "free PDF creation tool").  We recommend (but do not support or endorse) www.primoprint.com

Once this is installed it is a simple matter of selecting the primoprint printer instead of your usual 'laser printer' and the file will be instantly created.

Printing Combined Picking Slips as Invoices:

If you wish to save individual PDFs for each customer only select the sales items matching that customer to create one invoice per pdf.
