Setting Automated Feedback Eligibility

There are several different criteria or points in time that Tradar can be set up to place feedback at.  To access these options go to the File > Program Options > Feedback Eligibility menu option.

Use the drop down box to select the desired eligibility criteria and click 'save'.

 

Not Selected

Tradar will not place feedback on your behalf

Payment Received

Tradar will place feedback when the payment received button is ticked.  If payment is received by PayNow this will automatically tick the Payment Received button and therefore feedback will be left

Goods Dispatched

Tradar will place feedback when the goods dispatched button is ticked

Sale Complete

Tradar will place feedback when the sale complete button is ticked
