Tradar e-mail forms are fully customisable. They can be set up to automatically go out according to a variety of events or can be completely turned off. The advantages of using automated e-mails means that customers are kept up to date with the status of their order at all times, without the need for you to actually e-mail them.
To see what e-mail forms are already in Tradar click the E-Mail Forms pane.
When setting up the forms remember to be as generic as possible with the text that is used and rely on the fields to provide as much data as possible. This means that if you change information in your account set up the re will be little or no need to change e-mail forms.
This is especially important for users running multiple TradeMe accounts from Tradar as Tradar will use the same forms for each ID.
